Managed to secure a dinner spot last Thursday to the 3 chef's hats restaurant, Momofuku Seiobo down at The Star Casino, Pyrmont. Have to say, I enjoyed every single bit of the dining experience. There is no menu in Momofuku. Everyone is given the tasting menu of 13 courses. Before the actual day of your reservation, a staff member will give you a call to check if there is any dietary restrictions or alternatively, when you make the booking online, you are able to state your dietary requirements first hand. Unlike most restaurants, Momofuku offers a wine or juice pairing to go with your tasting menu. As I am not a fan of wine, I went for the juice pairing. It was the perfect choice. The juices surprisingly brought out all the flavours of the dishes. Definitely worth a try. I am secretly hoping that I will be able to visit New York for Momofuku now.
